cynthia_hs.jpg    Cynthia  Guerrero  is not only a CEO/Broker, she is also the owner of Castle Bella Realty. She is a marketer and strategist bringing over fifteen years of business experience to her company and her clients. Cynthia started her professional career as a Pharmacist and Pharmacy Consultant in the nursing industry. She received her MBA from Arthur D. Little, HULT, one of the top 100 business schools according to the Financial Times, and joined a world renowned consulting firm upon graduation. She worked as a Strategist, Economic Advisor, Pricing Analyst, and Marketer for Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical companies. Cynthia then joined the Executive League of the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology Industry as a Director of Business Development for Genzyme Corporation, in Cambridge, Massachusetts. There she identified, negotiated and implemented multi-million dollar proposals.

Cynthia brings together all of her experience and skills in business negotiation, economic analysis, strategy, and marketing to serve her clients in the real estate market. She is able to analyze the market and strategically price homes, condos, and commercial office space based on market conditions and trends. Given her negotiation skills she is able to identify, calculate and implement value added terms for her clients. A strong understanding of contracts has proven beneficial in negotiating better terms for her clients. With Cynthia's vast knowledge and experience, her clients are well informed about communities of interest, benefits of "hot" market opportunities, and experience trusted real estate counsel based on facts to meet their needs. Cynthia has lived in the Central Florida area for over twelve years. Married to a doctor she understands lifestyle needs. She and her husband take an active role in their three children's lives which makes her very aware of what is going on in the communities and schools of the Central Florida Market.

kristi.jpg   Kristi Prisciandaro , started out her professional career as a Mortgage Account Executive. From there she joined a major Mortgage firm where she continued to expand her experience not only negotiating and working with clients, but also preformed duties on the back end of the business such as: processing and organizing the closing of the loan transaction.

From there Kristi managed a Mortgage company of her very own along side her husband, she started investing in Real Estate and later turned that it into yet another business of their very own. There have been many more business ventures Kristi has taken on, one of which is currently a very successful Appliance business that has branched out to several locations. 

Kristi's experience in business has taught her not only negotiation skills, strategy, marketing and the importance of treating her clients with Respect, Honor, and Diligence, but it has also taught her that with Vision and Persistence anything can be accomplished. With the business background she has, Kristi's experience with Customer Service has taught her that every client is different, she takes into consideration their needs based upon exactly what they are seeking and implements those needs into the perfect plan for her client and their families. She tries to narrow down not only their major needs, but what will benefit them the most in the long run.

In Kristi's eyes, each and every single client of hers has a significant importance. Real Estate to her is MUCH more than just working with a client, finding a home, and closing the transaction. Real Estate to her is building relationships, helping people to the best of her ability, not for the benefit of herself, but for the benefit of others. She is in the business to truly put her heart into her line of work and help her clients out in assisting them any and every which way she can.

michelle.jpg   Michelle Prisciandaro  started out her business career as a loan executive for Aames Home Loans. There, she specialized in sorting out the most beneficial and money saving options for her clientele through refinances, purchases, pre-construction and home equity loans. Michelle climbed the corporate ladder in a competitive market and topped the industry remaining number one in the Eastern region for several consecutive months. Her expertise in customer service and attention to detail has resulted in high success rates allowing Michelle to efficiently achieve her client's goals and needs.

Currently, she is the VP of business development as well as co-owner of a very successful appliance business. Her primary focus is that of strategizing ways to enhance her company's performance and putting new and improved systems to work. Michelle has organized the very backbone of this corporation and taken it to new heights. She has joined The Castle Bella team with the intent to implement and tie together her knowledge, experience and negotiating abilities. The very essence of real estate is customer service and how to meet needs of your client in the most efficient ways possible. The Windermere area and it's luxurious communities have become a place Michelle likes to call "home". A specialist in this area and with a sense for great opportunity, Michelle is able to customize each experience and maximize the benefits for her clientele.

Throughout this very exciting journey, Michelle has attained the support of her wonderful family. Her husband, Anthony is always hard at work in improving the overall  systematic function of their company. She has two beautiful little boys, that have been a blessing to her life and on the rise to a very successful future of their own. Both, Michelle and Anthony work daily towards their goals of a bright tomorrow and quite the legacy to leave for their children.

sandy.jpg   Sandy Khara  started out her career working in a hospital. She worked with the Director of OR as CNA and in the Administration Dept. There she specialized in billing, accounting and working with Physicians as well as patients. After a few years of working in a hospital setting she decided to work as a bank teller and in customer service. There she gained experience in customer service and solving problems on a daily basis as well as handling deposits and withdrawals. Her expertise in customer service and attention to detail has resulted in high success rates allowing her to efficiently achieve client goals and needs.

Sandy has been a Practice Administrator for 19 years. She did all the bookkeeping, billing, scheduling, payroll, advertising, marketing, hiring and training. Her primary focus was strategizing ways to enhance the clinic's performance and put new and improved systems to work.

Sandy joined Castle Bella team with the intent to implement and merge her expertise and negotiation skills.

Sandy has lived in the Central Florida area for over 19 years. She is married to a doctor. Sandy and her husband take an active role in their children's lives which makes her aware of the current situation in communities and schools in the Central Florida market. Sandy knows that the Healthcare field is always going to be here and has motivated her daughter to pursue a Fellowship in Health Care Administration. She also negotiated with Universities to get the best scholarship for her son who is going to College on a Golf Scholarship.

She also has a background in finance from working with her husband's business. Sandy is able to obtain the goals and needs of clients and work toward enhancing them through every experience.

vanessa.jpg   Vanessa Rivero  acquired a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Masters Certificate Degree in Special Education from University of Central Florida. 

Her professional career began as a Concierge representative at Sheraton World Orlando where she gained experience in hospitality. Vanessa offered VIP guests' custom assistance with selecting Orlando fine dining restaurants, leisure planning and business entertaining.

Consecutively, Vanessa as Case Manager at Seniors First guardianship program acted as an advocate on behalf of ward in handling all medical, social and fiduciary responsibilities. She performed assessment and evaluation for potential guardianship, and diagnosis and prognosis with medical personnel. She oversaw the Orange County markets for senior living.

Vanessa later worked at Yoly's Kitchen as restaurant Marketing Manager. She led the advertisement campaign for the grand opening. Her responsibilities included customer relationship to increase the profitability of the business. She was heavily involved in shaping the restaurant, right down to the choices on the menu by analyzing food costs and current trends in the culinary industry.

She later joined Castle Bella Team as Administrative Manager/Marketing Director. Currently, she integrates her knowledge in the area of psychology, social work, marketing and business development. Vanessa develops, establishes and maintains marketing strategies to meet Castle Bella's client objectives. She uses innovative marketing, advertising and promotional activities that drive real estate sales and educate clients about current market conditions. She executes marketing programs such as direct mailings, social media campaigns, administers client database and attends and participates in making presentations to prospective clients. She also completes various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis. 

Vanessa Rivero will continue to guide Castle Bella Realty team and clients through the complexities of modern marketing by setting strategic course, identifying growth opportunities and developing unique programs to support Real Estate growth in Orlando.
