started out her career working in a hospital. She worked with the Director of OR as CNA and in the Administration Dept. There she specialized in billing, accounting and working with Physicians as well as patients. After a few years of working in a hospital setting she decided to work as a bank teller and in customer service. There she gained experience in customer service and solving problems on a daily basis as well as handling deposits and withdrawals. Her expertise in customer service and attention to detail has resulted in high success rates allowing her to efficiently achieve client goals and needs.
Sandy has been a Practice Administrator for 19 years. She did all the bookkeeping, billing, scheduling, payroll, advertising, marketing, hiring and training. Her primary focus was strategizing ways to enhance the clinic's performance and put new and improved systems to work.
Sandy joined Castle Bella team with the intent to implement and merge her expertise and negotiation skills.
Sandy has lived in the Central Florida area for over 19 years. She is married to a doctor. Sandy and her husband take an active role in their children's lives which makes her aware of the current situation in communities and schools in the Central Florida market. Sandy knows that the Healthcare field is always going to be here and has motivated her daughter to pursue a Fellowship in Health Care Administration. She also negotiated with Universities to get the best scholarship for her son who is going to College on a Golf Scholarship.
